What I have observed these past few years is one of the major eruptions within political parties as well as individuals communicating with one another. Instead of going within and taking responsibility for what may have pressured you into a negative reaction. Stop, take a look, see what lessons you may need to take away from all that has disturbed you in some way. We are human, and at times we will falter. However, unless we learn to see it from a different perspective, things will never change inside or out.
