No matter where we are in our Journey since our loss, we still wrestle with the pain and sorrow of losing our loved ones. Some days you want to hide under the blanket and pray for relief. What I have come to realize is the way we look at any situation is how our day will respond to our emotional talk. Speak Love and Peace.

Often times we get caught up in our own emotional drama we forget to look within to see the reality of a situation. Try looking from a different perspective will often change the way it appears through a different lens. What I mean is, the old saying, “change the way you look at things, and the things you look at will change”. I sincerely believe this is true. Try it for yourself and see what happens.
