Once you recognize this human experience we all seem to find ourselves in, write it down in a journal to see what is going on with you emotionally.

We are called to be an encourager during this time of evolution. The world as we know it is rapidly changing to bring into focus what we are called to do. We are all given gifts when we enter our physical selves. “Be who you are”. Oftentimes you hear others say, but are you?
 
Take every opportunity you find yourself in and ask, how I can contribute. What do I have to offer to make all who I have come in contact with, feel better about their gifts and how they can spread more unconditional love to others?
