Somedays seem more difficult than others. However, if we are to remain in a positive vibration, we must practice shutting off the chatter in our minds.
Once you recognize this human experience we all seem to find ourselves in, write it down in a journal to see what is going on with you emotionally. You may be surprised at what you learn.
