The other day, I came in contact with a gentleman who seemed stressed most of the time and wanted to understand how you find peace within yourself when the world around you seems to be in turmoil. My response: First, I would recommend that after waking in the morning, to spend at least ten to fifteen minutes of meditation. Music is a great soothing remedy for quieting the mental chatter which seems to take us everywhere but within ourselves. I welcome your questions and comments.
