With so many planets in a flurry of confusion, it's no wonder everyone is feeling off-balance. The key to staying centered especially now is Meditation. Meditation allows the mind to slow down and enter a state of consciousness of inner self. With deep breathing, we can stop the mental chatter and come to a place of peace. For most of us, it seems difficult. However, the more you practice, the more you will come to a place of balance. Try it for several weeks and see where it takes you.
