We are at the end of January feeling so stressed out most of the time, and don't know why?
Well, it's basically what we're all going through energetically with so many planets for months that have been causing intense energy for everyone. You are not alone.
If we remind ourselves that everything in the Universe is energy and all part of the planet earth, at some point we need to take a closer look at our thoughts and how we are reacting to all that's going on in the world. Recently I came upon a course for mindfulness which is the same as meditation. "Mindfulness is being present to what is going on inside and outside you in the present moment."
Take a moment in your daily life and pause. Most of the time we are rushing here and there which creates fast-paced energy of intensity without realizing what's really important to our daily life. We are all on a personal journey of lessons and tests, some good, some not so good, however, if we pause for a moment and truly connect with our inner self, we realize, everything we experience is all about the journey.
Take a deep breath, and pause, this will bring you back to yourself and what is going on inside and around you.
