When we think of mindfulness, we think of being in the present moment. Being aware of what is going on within our body. You can feel the energy from within. A gift for the soul is finding a quiet time to reflect on what's going on within by slowly inhaling and exhaling you are more mindful of how the body feels with each breath. Try it, and see what you are feeling within.
