How many times have you heard - the body is a temple treat it well. 
 
Most of us take for granted our physical well-being in pursuit of wealth and abundance.
 
I grew up hearing the opposite. My mother would constantly tell me that health is the number one priority in living a purposeful life; and that without your health nothing in life is important.
 
Now as I look back, I realized her philosophy has kept me independent and active. I am grateful for her wisdom and teachings.
