Time and time again we hear how meditation is the way to stay grounded and in the present moment. Because that's all we have.
So often we allow our minds to take over our thoughts which takes us to a place not where we need to be. After trying many times to control my monkey thoughts, I realize rather than fight them, just focus on our breath and let the rest flow.
